PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Inflated Ass is an award-winning chair that merges the elegance of nature with surreal fantasy. Inspired by an imagined plant from a fantastical planet, it embodies an endless embrace of pleasure — seductive, immersive, and difficult to escape. Although it’s extremely hard to rise from, sometimes doing so is essential to reveal the paradox of desire itself. SPECIFICATIONS: The chair is made of a metal frame and medium hardness polypropylene. At the top the entire structure is done over with bouclé fabric. PLANET: Paradise
Sketch → 3D sculpting → photopolymer printing → surface finishing repeated up to five times → hand painting in two-three acrylic layers → assembly on brass pins. Every piece is painted by hand — no two are alike.
