Legend · Paradise

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This hand-painted lamp is inspired by a predatory flower from the whimsical Planet of Paradise. Its soft, glowing light attracts those drawn to beauty and discovery. Safely encased in a bulb, the lamp symbolizes both allure and danger, reminding us of the risks that can lie beneath beauty and novelty. It reflects on desire, curiosity, and the consequences of pursuing the unknown. SPECIFICATIONS: The lamp is made in a mixed technique using plastic, metal and acrylic. Each element is painted by hand. PLANET: Paradise EXHIBITIONS: PAD Art + Design 2026 (Paris); PAD Art + Design 2025 (London); PAD Art + Design 2025 (Paris); PAD Art + Design 2024 (London); Maison&Objet 2024 (Paris).

The making

Sketch → 3D sculpting → photopolymer printing → surface finishing repeated up to five times → hand painting in two-three acrylic layers → assembly on brass pins. Every piece is painted by hand — no two are alike.
