PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The chair captures the harmony of life and natural beauty, taking inspiration from the shape of a chloroplast — a vital part of plant cells that powers photosynthesis. Its soft, flowing design echoes the journey of sunlight as it’s transformed into life-giving oxygen. The piece at the intersection of ergonomics, aesthetics, and biological research highlights the authenticity of organic forms. SPECIFICATIONS: The chair is created from a wooden frame and is sheathed with PF fabric. PLANET: Paradise EXHIBITIONS: Zurich Art Weekend 2025 (Zurich); Define: Seoul 2024 (Seoul); Collectible Fair 2024 (Brussels), Frédérick Mouraux Gallery 2024 (Antwerp).
Sketch → 3D sculpting → photopolymer printing → surface finishing repeated up to five times → hand painting in two-three acrylic layers → assembly on brass pins. Every piece is painted by hand — no two are alike.
