PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The sculptural lamp is a playful nod to childhood, evoking the joy of freely combining unexpected objects and exploring reality with curiosity. The Long Lamp feels like a four-legged inhabitant of the home — curious, full of personality, and transforming the familiar into a canvas for imagination, mistakes, and beauty. In 2024, the Korean publisher 씨마스 (Cmass Publishing) included Long Lamp in the official educational materials on design and art for middle school students. SPECIFICATIONS: The standard lamp consists of a ceramic base attached to a metal frame. The textured tube is made of ABS plastic, and the bowl shade, which is the head of the lamp, is made of glass. Sketch → 3D sculpting → photopolymer printing → surface finishing repeated up to five times → hand painting in two-three acrylic layers → assembly on brass pins. Every piece is painted by hand — no two are alike.
